Powder -
With reverence, place 1/16 tsp powder directly under the tongue. You may desire
to take a sip of pure water. An alternative is to dilute 1/16 tsp in pure water
and drink at once, or throughout the day, holding in the mouth until absorbed.
Capsules -
With reverence, take 1 capsule 1-2 times per day.
Homeopathic
Spray - With conscious intention, 2-3 sprays directly into mouth, as desired.
